THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA...
You will be entering '1066' country when you visit us here, a designated AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) of the High Weald, which is a densely forested part of Great Britain. There is a lot on offer to see and do, depending upon your particular ideas and plans.
NATURE

Beautiful flora and fauna are part of the High Weald with its ancient woodland.
There are an abundance of footpaths and walks around the area as well as numerous nature reserves, such as the one at Rye Harbour. Here on the farm we will regularly see various species of deer, birds of prey, snakes and exotic insects to name a few.
The landscape at Dungeness is not to be missed!
COAST & BEACHES

Why not visit one of the beaches close by.
We are a short distance by car from a variety of coastal attractions, including the sandy dunes of Camber Sands, the stunning contrast of pastures set by the shingle beaches of Winchelsea to Pett Level and then on to Fairlight Cove. Or venture to Hastings and access the beaches all along the coast to and including Bexhill on Sea.
